Pick Up, Delivery FAQ's, and Shipping Policy

Please help us keep our community safe by following all provincial Covid-19 measures.

Pick up hours are 2-5 on Saturday please read below as details have changed. 

Until we open our taproom doors we will only accept pre-orders for curbside pickup. We still ship nationwide and deliver on thursdays! When you arrive please call Matt at 1 (902) 293-1283 with your order number or name and we will bring your order out. 


PICK UP:

  • You will receive a pickup notification in advance of your product being ready. Please read it to avoid making the trip out to find us closed. 
  • We are located at 16 Denith Rd. Unit LEO3B which is in the same mall as Spryfield No Frills. You'll find us in the rear of the mall, with easy access from Sussex Dr. off of the Herring Cove Road (just after the lights by Tim Hortons). 
  • Pick up hours Saturday 2-5
  • You will receive a notification by text or email in advance of our nearest pickup times when your order is ready.

DELIVERY:

  • At this time we are reducing our delivery zone to Spryfield and the Sambro Loop. We hope to expand once again in the future, sorry for any inconvenience. 
  • Delivery days will be Thursdays between 10-7pm
  • Please ensure someone above the age of 19 with a valid ID is home on the next delivery day following your order.
  • At this time we cannot accommodate scheduled deliveries. If you know for certain there won't be anyone home during a certain period of time on delivery day, please leave a note in the comments of your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Shipping

  • Orders will undergo a 2 business day processing time before shipment
  • NOTE: Canada post is experiencing delays due to Covid 19 restrictions 
  • Domestic shipping to all Canadian provinces only 
  • Will accept return in full refund on manufacturer damaged or defective products no more than 10 days from delivery. 
  • Please be patient
